The procedure and aimed at stipulating an agreement for each lot, pursuant to art. 26 of Law n. 488 of 1999 and s.m.i. and art. 58 of Law n. 388 of 2000, for lto supply in purchase of vehicles and related and optional services for public administrations. The participation of the subjects mentioned in the 'art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with the procedures referred to in Articles 47 and 48, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 on the following conditions:

a) the general requisites are indicated in paragraph 6 of the Tender Regulations;

b) the eligibility requirements are indicated in paragraph 7.1 of the Tender Regulations

a) the economic capacity requirements are indicated in paragraph 7.2 of the Tender Regulations.

Each operator electingand domicile, also pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, in the area of the System dedicated to it and to the e-mail address indicated in the participation application.

In the event that, before the expiry of the term of the agreement, even if extended, the maximum quantity is exhausted, Consip SpA reserves the right to request from the contractor, at the same terms, pricesand conditions, to increase it up to two fifths pursuant to art. 27, paragraph 3, of the Ministerial Decree 28/10/1985. As better clarified in the Tender Regulations, operators will be asked to produce for each lot:

i) provisional guarantee pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, whose quantification is indicated in the tender documentation;

ii) final guarantee pursuant to theart. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 referred to in paragraph 22.2 of the Specifications;

iii) insurance policy;

iv) guarantee for inspections.

The starting price, which cannot be exceeded, on pain of exclusion from the tender, is equal to:

- lot 1: 17 011 600.00 EUR VAT excluded subject to discount,

- lot 2: 15 531 250.00 EUR VAT excluded subject to discount,

- lot 3: 28 299 000.00 EUR VAT excluded subject to discount cAs better specified in the tender documentation.

The tender will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender on the basis of the lowest price. Subcontracting is allowed within the limits and with the methods indicated in Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and in the Disciplinary. The competition will take place via an IT system on which the
