The subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016. Under penalty of exclusion from the tender, each competitor must satisfy the following conditions:

a) general requisites for which the causes of exclusion set forth in art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, in chiefto the subjects referred to in said article;

b) professional suitability requirements, to be registered for activities related to the sale and / or production of spare parts for trains in the Business Register or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the State of residence if it is a State of the EU, in accordance with the provisions of Annex XVI of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

c) the requirements (in point III.1.1 in points a and b) must be held by all participants both individually and for temporary groupings, consortia, network aggregations, EEIGs, etc.

The possession of the requirements must be declared ex D.P.R. 445/2000 and subsequently demonstrated at the request of FAL S.r.l. For anything not expressly provided, please refer to the laws and regulations and in particular to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

Penalty for exclusion from the tender, each competitor must meet the following conditions:

a) specific company turnover for the last 3 years, which must not be less than the half of the amount based on each year; b) declaration of at least one banking or intermediary institution, authorized pursuant to Legislative Decree 385/93 regarding economic and financial capacityof the company, pursuant to Annex XVII of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016; in the case of participation of temporary groups or ordinary Consortium said requirement must be possessed by each economic operator member of the grouping or consortium.
