The contract relates to the supply of approximately 663 000 kg of type 3 cast iron soles for Trenord cars meeting the technical specifications attached.

Main Site: At Trenord production sites in the Lombardy Region. will happen by proceduopened pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016, with the lowest price being awarded, since these are supplies with standardized features.

The procedure is entirely managed by telematic systems. it is considered convenient, neither from an economic point of view nor from a management point of view, the supply of a single material code throughtwo different contracts.

The offer must be made by the date specified in point IV.2.2) and according to the methods indicated in the tender regulations.

It is possible to obtain clarifications on the present procedure by proposing written questions to be formulated according to the procedures indicated in the Tender Regulations.

With regard to availment, art. 89 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

The Stationand Contracting excludes candidates or competitors in the event of failure to comply with the provisions of the law in force, as well as the existence of the circumstances provided for by art. 80 of the Code (in relation to the bidder and / or referred to a subcontractor in the cases referred to in Article 105, paragraph 6 of the Code).

An additional cause for exclusion is: the useless course of the termregularization grant granted by the Contracting Authority pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 9, of the Code; the existence of essential irregularities that cannot be remedied such as deficiencies in the documentation that do not allow the identification of the content and of the subject responsible for it.is expected.

Trenord S.r.l. reserves the right to exclude offers made by overflowing groupings if the grouping establishment methods reveal anti-competitive profiles

The Contracting Station will send all communications via the Portal.

In the case of temporary groupings, EEIGs, aggregations of network companies or ordinary consortiums if not yet established fnormally, the communication sent to the representative is validly made to all the economic operators grouped, aggregated or consortium members. In case of availment, the communication sent to the offerer is considered validly made to all the auxiliary economic operators. 105 Legislative Decree 50 / 16.

Increased offers are not allowed.

a) Declaration (s) in lieu pursuant to the D.P.R. n. 445/2000 or for competitors not resident in Italy, equivalent suitable documentation according to the legislation of the State of origin, with which it is illegal to represent the competitor or its proxy:

1.1) Apursuant to art. 85 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, competitors formally declare that they are not in situations of exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of the public contracts code and to satisfy the relevant selection criteria established by the contracting station pursuant to art. 83 of the same code of the contracts, as well as any objective criteria set pursuant to art.91, filling in a special document prepared by the contracting station in accordance with the guidelines set out in the Decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport published in the Official Journal no. 174 of 27.7.2016 named Mod. 1.2) Furthermore:

b) Declares the entry in the register of companies of the Chamber of Commerce or in a similar register of the State of belonging (if you imprendforeigner) showing that the company operates in a sector similar to the one covered by this call for tenders, by filling in the enclosed CCIAA form.

4) expenses for publication in the Official Journal of this call for tenders are reimbursed to the contracting station dto the contractor within 60 days from the award: to this end Trenord will invoice the Contracting Party and this invoice may be offset against payments due to the Contracting Party for the execution of the contract; This call for tenders does not in any way bind this company which reserves the right to cancel in anyany time the tender, therefore, determine the emergence of any rights and expectations of any kind on the part of the candidates; bidders and Trenord may be deemed to be released from any commitment.
