B1) registration in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft and Agriculture (CCIAA) Register of Companies, or in a similar register of the State of belonging for the type of activity concerning the object of the present tender; in caof bodies not required to register with the Chamber of Commerce Registry, declaration of the legal representative given in the form of self-certification pursuant to the D.P.R. 445/2000 declaring the non-existence of the aforementioned obligation to register and copy of the by-laws. In the case of cooperatives or consortiums of cooperatives and also request registration under the D.M. 23.6.2004 to the Register of cooperative societies established at the Ministry of Production Activities (now Economic Development) or according to the procedures in force in the State of belonging, while in the case of social cooperatives and request registration in the Regional Register; the competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3, of the code, presents-sworn declaration or according to the modalities in force in the State in which it is established; for proof of the requirement, the contracting authority acquires the documents in possession of public administrations ex officio, upon indication, by the economic operator, of the indispensable elements for obtaining the information or data requested; 'National register gesenvironmental factors for the collection, transport and conferment to public landfill for third parties of the following waste included in: category 1, sub-category D4, at least in class C for plant waste from green areas;

B3) authorization to purchase, management and disposal of plant protection products.

C1) minimum annual turnover of not less than EUR 350 000last three-year period 2015-2016-2017;

C2) minimum turnover in the field of contracted activities of not less than EUR 250 000.00 in the last three years 2015-2016-2017.
