Business management agreement on the management of parking facilities in Unterfoehring

Service concession for the management of the parking facilities in Unterfoehring Jahnstrasse and Beta- / Dieselstrasse. The municipality Unterfoehring has decided to realize an underground car park with a total of 1000 parking spaces at location A, B-rgerfestplatz at Jahnstrasse (partarea Fl. Nos. 508, 508/1 and 508/2 Annex 1), as well as a parking garage with a total of 520 parking spaces at location E between Beta-Strasse and Dieselstrasse and 80 aboveground vehicle parking spaces (total area Fl. Nr. 239, Teilflaeche aus Fl No. 240 Appendix 2).

The municipality of Unterfoehring has decided to implement an underground car parkt 1000 parking spaces at location A, B-rgerfestplatz at Jahnstrasse (area Fl. Nos. 508, 508/1 and 508/2 Annex 1), and a parking garage with a total of 520 parking spaces at location E between Beta-Strasse and Dieselstrasse as well as 80 aboveground vehicle parking spaces (total area Fl. No. 239, sub-area from Fl. No. 240 appendix 2)m one-storey underground car park with 500 parking spaces underground and 500 parking spaces above ground. The above-ground parking area is usually used once a year as a fairground. The organizer of these celebrations is the community Unterfoehring, while the setting up of tents, caravans and driving shops is possible and is by the municipality Unterfoehring on their own Kosand danger. The above-ground parking area is not available for use during this period.

The subject of the procedure is the awarding of a service concession for the management of the four parking garages. All 2 parking garages are to be managed by the same operator at their own economic risk and using local and market tariff models

The service concession will be awarded for a period of 5 years.
