This tender procedure is entirely carried out through a telematic trading platform pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 2016. For the completion of this tender, the USL Company uses the Computerized System for the Purchase Telematic Procedures, accessible from the website http: //intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it. All tender documentation can be downloaded, only for consultation, from the website www.ausl.bologna.it - section. The clarifications will have to be sent to the System according to the modalities explained in the guides for the use of the new platform accessible from the site http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it/agenzia/utilizzo-del-sistema/guide/. The first reserved session, fixedfor the opening of the documentation uploaded to the System, it will be held at the Via Gramsci 12 Bologna Metropolitan Purchasing Service; any change in the opening date referred to in point IV.2.7 will be communicated through publication on the sites. The USL Company reserves the right to proceed with the tender even in the presence of a single offer. II IGC related to this procedure of gara, including options, and 77991351CE.
