Open procedure telematic tender, in 10 lots, for the awarding of equipment for eye surgery intended for different ATS Sardegna deans

The procedure is aimed at awarding a contract, for each of the 10 lots in tender, concerning the supply of:

The object of the lot is the supply of n. 4 multispot lasers to be allocated to the U.O. of ophthalmology of the P.O. Marino di Alghero; to the U.O. of ophthalmology of the P.O. Civil Signs Ozieri; to the U.O. of ophthalmology of the P.O. San Francesco Nuoro; to the U.O. ophthalmology - P.O. Santto Barbara Iglesias.

The participation of the subjects pursuant to art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with the procedures referred to in articles 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 on the following conditions:

a) the general requirements are indicated in paragraph 6 of the Tender Regulations;

b) the requirements of professional competence are those indicated in paragraph 7.1 of the Tender Regulations.

The contract relective for each lot does not contain the arbitration clause. This tender will take place through an IT system on which offers must be inserted. The tender will be awarded, for separate lots, based on the most economically advantageous bid criterion based on the best value for money, as better specified in the tender documentation. The amount combased on the auction of each lot and indicated in the Tender Regulations.
