Annual average annual turnover referred to each of the last n. 3 financial years available (2015-2016-2017) not less than 300, 000.00 EUR excluding VAT (see attachment XVII to the Code); this requirement is required in order to concretely document the competitor's financial capacity.

Therefore, all subjects interested in participating in the procedure must register with the AVC Pass system, by accessing the appropriate link on the website of the Authority (servizi ad reserved-avcpass), according to the instructions contained therein, as well as acquiring the art. 2, paragraph 3.2 of the implementing resolution no. 111 of 20.12.2012 - AVCP, to be produced at the time of participation in the tender.
