Open procedure for the supply of PPE for the personnel of Ama SpA, divided into 4 (four) lots, for a period of 48 (forty eight) months.

PPE for the protection of the head and the respiratory tract.

CEach competitor (single company / RTI / consortium) must satisfy, also in accordance with the provisions of the tender regulations, the following conditions:

- registration for activities concerning the services in question in the register of companies or in one of the professional registers or commercial of the State of residence if it is an EU Member State, in accordance with the provisions of'Art. 83, Legislative Decree no. 50/2016

1. The supplementary provisions of this announcement - including the additional grounds for exclusion - are contained in the tender regulations and their attachments, which can be freely viewed and downloaded from the client's profile at the URL (www.amaroma.it); . also for the purposes of paying the contributions due - pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 65 and 67, della L. n. 266/2005 - by the economic operators wishing to participate in the tender referred to in this announcement, the identification code of the tender is as follows:

3. all declarations, under penalty of exclusion, must be drawn up and signed in accordance with and for the effects of the D.P.R. n. 445/2000 and digitally signed;

4. for each lot, Ama S.p.A. reserves the right to:

a) proceed with the awarding of the individual lots, even in the presence of a single valid offer, if deemed appropriate and convenient;

b) not proceed with the awarding of the individualthe lots if no offer is convenient or suitable in relation to the contract object;

c) suspend, redirect or not to award the present procedure with motivation also with reference to one or more lots; d) not to stipulate the contract with reference to the individual lots even if the award has been previously made;

e) proceed with the awarding of a single leight or in any case not all lots of the tender procedure;

5. the competitors for which there is one of the grounds for exclusion pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and, in particular, pursuant to article 80 of said legislative decree;

6. for each lot, bids equal to or greater than the amount placed on the basis of the tender, as well as bids / offers, are not admitted / will be excludedete, partial and / or conditioned;

7. Abnormally low offers are identified and assessed on the basis of the provisions of article 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

8. and subcontracting is permitted according to the provisions of art. 105 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

9. information and clarifications on the tender documents can be requested from the General Affairs Area - PEC Purchasing Service at the address of-in point I.1), no later than 8.10.2018;

10. the explanations will be published in electronic format on the site referred to in the sub-point. I.1);

11. communications to competitors will be made in accordance with the provisions of Articles 29, paragraph 1, and 76, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 by pec and with a specific publication on the Ama S.p.A. website, in the Tenders and Suppliers section,

12.-it should be noted that, with reference to the contract that will be signed with the winner of each lot, the regulation on the traceability of financial flows pursuant to Law 13.8.2010, n. 136;

13. furthermore, it is specified that the contractor of each lot with which the contract will be signed, during the execution of the latter and throughout its duration, deve keep Ama S.p.A. constantly updated with regard to the retention of possession of the requisites required by Article 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and the Competition Regulations;

14. the competitors, with the submission of offers, allow the processing of their personal data, in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679;

15. Ama S.p.A. does not make use of a clausearbitration which, therefore, is not contractually foreseen;

16. if the conditions are met, Ama S.p.A. can resort to the goodwill agreement pursuant to art. 205 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

17. this procedure was authorized by resolution of the Board of Directors no. 43/2018;

18. the person in charge of the procedure and the engineer Fabrizio Grilli.
