Supply of the monitoring system for removal of materials from the Trino nuclear power plant.
The supply of a high gamma spectrometry system resolution and propaedeutic to the unconditional removal of components, apparholes and structures deriving from the dismantling of the Trino nuclear power plant. Refer to art. 13 of the Disciplinary of competition.
1) Sogin S.p.A. has adopted a model of organization, management and control suitable for preventing offenses, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 (available at www.sogin.it);
2) Sogin has adopted a policy for quality, the environment and safetyezza (available at www.sogin.it) that suppliers must take into account in carrying out their activities and are equipped with an integrated management system that meets the requirements of the international standards UNI EN ISO 9000, UNI EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 and EMAS Regulation EC 1221/2009 (where applicable);
3) all disputes arising from the award procedure-they are deferred to the competence of the competent TAR, arbitration is excluded,
4) all disputes arising from the contract are deferred to the jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, remaining excluded the arbitration jurisdiction;
5) processing of personal data: the data collected will be processed pursuant to Legislative Decree 30.6.2003, n. 196 and ss.mm.ii. exclusively in amof the present tender regulated by the tender regulations;
6) the person responsible for the procedure for the awarding phase and Marco Castagnari.
