Special student transport at the Petrus Damian School

Reference Number: SSPV PDS

The task is to carry out special student transport for the Petrus Damian School of the Carrier Youth Welfare in the Archdiocese of Paderborn gGmbH. The contract of carriage is for a term of 3 years and a unilateral option to extend by 2 times 1 moreSchool year advertised, for a maximum of 5 years. Services begin on August 12, 2020.

Main Site: transportation of students to and from the Petrus Damian School in Warburg (special student traffic)

Lot 1 includes transportation of students who live in Warburg, Beverungen, Borgentreich and Hoexter are. A list of the stops is the service description (VergDocument B) is attached as Annex B1.

In the service description, the requirements for the transport services (organization of the transport service, implementation of the transport service, change and complaint management) as well as for the company, the staff employed and the vehicles are described in detail.

The bidder has with to provide the following evidence to the offer, the minimum conditionsn are:

1. With the offer: entry in a professional or commercial register, by submitting a copy of the entry or, in particular for bidders from other EU member states, a comparable other proof, which must not be older than 3 months at the time the offer was submitted,

2. With the offer: Self-declaration for the lack of clues and reasons for an unreliableace according to - 1 PBZugV,

3. With the offer: Self-declaration for the absence of reasons for exclusion according to -- 123, 124 GWB (Form 521 EU),

4. or insofar as the self-declaration regarding the lack of reasons for exclusion cannot be submitted: self-declaration regarding measures for self-cleaning taking into account the requirements from section 125 (1) sentence 1 GWB.

5. With the offer: EigeDeclaration on sales from comparable services in the last 3 completed business years (form in contract document D),

6. With the offer: Self-declaration on the number of permanent employees (average information from the last 3 completed business years),

7. Applicants have to prove that they have (at the latest at the start of the service) aHave professional or business liability insurance in the following amount: Cover amount per insured event of at least EUR 2, 000, 000.00 for personal injury, property damage and property damage. The total benefit of the insurer within an insurance year must be at least twice this sum insured (2 insurance cases per year). Confirmation from the insurer must abeziehen refer to the existence of the aforementioned insurance protection at the latest at the start of the service (August 12, 2020). from which it emerges that he is required for the orderfunds are actually available (Section 47 (1) VgV). According to the scope of the aptitude loan, the offer must also include a declaration of joint liability of the bidder and the third party for the execution of the order (Section 47 (3) VgV).

1. The contract will be awarded to the most economical valued offer only at the lowest price.

2. No compensation will be paid for the offers.
