Student transportation services in the district of Miesbach

Students are awarded transportation services to the special educational support center Hausham in the district of Miesbach, Upper Bavaria from the 2020/2021 school year 23 lines in total.

Main Site: District of Miesbach

Transport services for schoolchildren to the special needs education center Hausham in the district of Miesbach, Upper Bavaria will be awarded from the 2020/2021 school year onwards with a line. III.1.1.-III.1.3. Requested declarations and evidence are only enclosed using the invitation to submit an offerto provide mbletter. The proofs and explanations are to be provided by all members of the group. The bidder / group of bidders can make use of the capabilities of other companies or subcontractors.

There are two constellations:

1. other companies that are responsible for fulfilling the requirements in para. III.1.2. and III.1.3. of the aptitude loan notice and

2. Subcontractors who perform services without the bidder relying on the subcontractor (s) to prove their suitability.

In both constellations, the bidder must already provide the type and scope of the partial services taken over by the subcontractor (s) without doubt specify (declaration for the nightIn the first constellation, the bidders must also submit the form "Declaration of commitment to subcontractors" with the offer.

In the second constellation, bidders only have to submit the form "Declaration of obligations to subcontractors" at the request of the client the bidder intended for the award before the awardissuing a deadline set by all of the NU, furthermore the declarations according to para. III.1.1. 1) to 2) and III.1.2. 2) (see below). If these documents are not submitted, the offer will be excluded.

The following declarations and evidence must be submitted by the bidder / BGen:
