Subject of this contract and the completion of 2 different types of on-call transportation within the territory of the Lower Valle internal area, comprising 23 Cowith: Bard, Champorcher, Donnas, Fontainemore, Hone, Lillianes, Perloz, Pontboset, Pont-Saint-Martin (Unite of Valdotaines Mont Rose Communes),

Issime, Gaby, Gressoney-Saint-Jean, Gressoney-La-Trinite ( Unit of Valdotaines Walser Communes)

Arnad, Ayas, Brusson, Challand-Saint-Anselme, Challand-Saint-Victor, Champdepraz, Emarese, Issogne, Montjovet, Glasses (Unity of the Valdotian Communes Evancon). The 2 types of on-call transportation are divided into:

generalist transport service: open to the totality of citizens and with a strong tourist value,

social transport service: aimed at the elderly population. 16.4 of the Disciplinary of competition. See art. 16.3 lett. b) of the Disciplinary of competition.
