Framework agreement for passenger car and kindergarden car transport, Az. 045-05-000-012 / 2018

To carry out car journeys (one-way and group journeys) for the carriage of pupils and kindergartners or their escorts from and to the lessons or care for the school bearer the state capitalCity of Munich (client). The rides are used to flexibly supplement the school bus offer. According to the written information of the supervisory authority responsible for this (the Government of Upper Bavaria), the transportations named below are exempt from the Passenger Transport Act. The order includes the following items:

Main Site: The routes are in the extended metropolitan area of MueThe contractor undertakes the execution of journeys by car (single journeys and group journeys) for the transport of up to a maximum of six pupils or their escorts to and from lessons for the school bearer of the state capital Munich (Client).

The order includes the following P- order-taking, -monitoring, -coordination and -transfer to the transport service through a central office ("radio-center") with fixed contact persons for the calling departments,

- carrying out the journeys from the place of residence of the school-child to the school or from the school to Place of residence at the respective agreed date (start of school and / or school-leaving date),

Normally, one round trip per student is to be carried out per school day and a total of approx. 490 persons per direction are to be transported. The information is empirical and not binding.
