The contract concerns the services connected with the waste processing activities at the TMB plant (mechanical biological treatment) located in Via Pediano 47 / C loc. Tre Monti Municipality of Imola, managed by Herambiente S.p.A.

Le aRequired activities are, for example:

- reception and supply of a mechanical treatment plant (receipt and storage of undifferentiated waste in pits; loading of mixed waste, visual inspection of machinery dedicated to automatic selection of waste; loading of vehicles),

- supervision of plant for establishment opening and closing in times of personal absence of theclient,

- cleaning of areas and machinery,

- management of mainly organic waste (storage of waste mainly in the organic fraction; screening of waste stored in biocells and subsequent storage of fractions obtained; storage of ferrous waste obtained from the shredding of the undifferentiated urban waste),

- site management,

- biofilter management, etc.

f) declaration to acknowledge that for the receipt of any communication referred toart. 76 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii. and / or requests for clarification and / or integration of the documentation presented, the Contracting Authority may use the certified e-mail address of the economic operator indicated by the operator in his identification data or, in case of impossibility, the fax number of the contact person registered in the SRM system.

In case of costsIf there is a temporary grouping of competitors, this declaration must be made only by the economic operator, parent company representative, just as in the case of a consortium it must be made only by the consortium and not also by the consortium members indicated as executors of the contract activities;

g) declaration to authorize the Contracting Authority to perform, pursuant to GDPR EU 2016/679, theprocessing of the data provided by the declarant in the present proceeding, for the sole purpose of carrying out his institutional activity;

i) declaration showing that you have made all the statements richiesyou in this announcement in the knowledge of the penal sanctions envisaged by art. 76 of the D.P.R. n. 445 / 2000.
