Supply of natural gas from 1.1.2019 to the points of sale of the city of Weilheim i.OB with a quantity of approx. 2.4 million kWh per LApproved proofs of suitability (in accordance with -- 122 ff. GWB, -- 42 ff. VgV), which are in the form of recognized pre-qualification certificates (eg HPQR), are admitted and recognized if the certificates of qualification in form and If no proof of qualification can be provided, proof of the pbusiness, technical and economic efficiency and the reliability of the management. Proof shall be deemed to have been provided if a personal declaration signed with the offer letter and the notification in accordance with Art. - 5 of the Energy Industry Act (EnWG). Bidders who are not required to report in accordance with - 5 EnWG and also voluntarily no notice under - 5 of theEnWG have to submit to the offer a professional or commercial register extract as well as a current balance sheet or a current business report or comparable documents. Instead of the notification according to - 5 EnWG, the approval according to - 3 of the old version of the EnWG or a comparable approval will be accepted as proof. The order may be subject to the following explanations or amendment

- References to prove the energy industry's activity within the last 3 years,

- Professional or commercial register extract and a current balance sheet or a current business report or comparable documents,
