Delivery, construction and production of the operational readiness of a cutting line for the printing center of ekom21 inc. System service (maintenance).
The subject of the tendering procedure is the delivery, construction and production of the operational readiness of a cutting line for the printing center of ekom21 inkl. System service (maintenance). The cutting line to be procured consists of a roll-off system, a buffer, merger, punch and cutter and stacker.
The ekom21 maintains its central pressure center at the Kassel location. There, the pending print volume (about 50 million pages p.A., approximate information) is currently being processed on 2 inkjet printing systems and 2 laser printing systemsPeak load volume is about 3 million pages DIN A4 in a time window of max. 1 week. The cutting line must stack the paper from the roll in the stack and make the separation of the jobs according to order criteria given by ekom21.
