CPV Description: Open procedure for the awarding of the ticketing service and the Verona Arena access system. Accessory sponsorship contract for the activities and events promoted by the Foundation for the duration of the ticketing service, with the offer of a minimum annual fee of EUR 1 200 000.00 (one million two hundred thousand / 00) plus VAT. Assumption of the obligationto provide promotional and advertising activities of the events produced by the Foundation for a value of at least EUR 1 200 000.00 (one million two hundred thousand / 00) plus annual VAT for the duration of the ticketing service.

Miscellaneous business and business-related services.

The competition will have as its object the assignment of a series of services and supplies, constituting the service. We indicate which oggect the supply and management:

1) of an information system for the sale of tickets and season tickets for the shows organized by the Arena di Verona Foundation including the supply of hardware, the necessary software, as well as the relative technical assistance, maintenance and service sales and collection on-line, through the pre-sales channel network at venauthorized tickets and through the internet;

2) an information call center and integrated device with the ticketing system;

3) a housing and hosting service of the portal www.arena.it;

4) of the system access control at the Verona Arena.

All services and supplies subject to assignment are described extensively in the tender specificationsto this announcement.

The bidder must also undertake:

4) to enter into an accessory contract to sponsor the activities and events promoted by the Foundation for the same duration of the ticketing service, with the offer of a minimum annual fee of 1 200 000, EUR 00 (one million two hundred thousand / 00) plus VAT,

5) to the assumption of the obligation to provide promotional and advertising activities dethe events produced by the Foundation for a value of at least EUR 1 200 000.00 (one million two hundred thousand / 00) plus annual VAT for the duration of the ticketing service.

Provisional security in the amount of 2% of the estimated value of the service, indicated below. II.2.1) in accordance with the provisions of art. 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

The modalities and conditions of performance of thethe provisional deposit is established in the tender regulations.

In the case of a temporary business grouping, consisting of or forming, the security must be produced by the mandator.

Pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 in the application for participation must indicate the commitment of a guarantor to issue the guaranty guarantee for the execution of the contract, insura (10% of the estimated value of the service) and with the modalities pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 if the bidder is the successful bidder.

Since the service provision involves the management of the box office receipts in the name and on behalf of the contracting authority, at the time the service is awarded, it must be produced, with a specific guarantee ofticketing boxes, in addition to that provided for by art. 103 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, a further guarantee issued by a primary bank, of EUR 8, 000, 000.00 (eight million / 00), expressly providing for the waiver of the prior enforcement of the principal debtor, the waiver to the exception of which to the art. 1957, paragraph 2, of the Civil Code, as well as the oper annuity of the same guarantee within 15 days, at the simple written request of the Foundation.

Payments shall be made in accordance with the procedures set out in point II.2.1).

Enrollment in the professional register or in the commercial register:

General requirements

Participants must:

- not be in one of the situations that lead to exclusion from tenders pursuant to art. 80 of the-D.Lgs. 50/2016,

- have correctly complied with the obligations established by the law 68/99 (work of the disabled) where the subject is subjected,

- to be in a situation of contributory regularity,

- not availed emergence as per Law 383/2001 or, in the case in which they are used, have completed the period of emergence,

- be provided with an organizational model exArticles 6 and 7, Legislative Decree 8 June 2001 no. 231 and not be subject to interdictive or precautionary sanctions under the same law.

In case of temporary groupings of companies the requirements must be possessed by each of the companies participating in the grouping.

Subjects not having the aforementioned requirements will be excluded from the procedure.

For the purposes of participation in the proceedingsa and of the performance of the contract awarded, the competitors will be able to make use of the requirements of another person, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 89 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 limited to the provision of additional services in the provision and management of the Call Center service and the provision and management of the Internet portal.
