The contract performance is as follows:
- supply of 2 rolling plants, 12-month warranty,
- installation - including assetsof Site Preparation - and commissioning of the plants,
- training course for plant operators, for first responders,
- supply of consumables.
Non-existence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i., of any other situation that determines the exclusion from tenders and / or the inability to contract with the publicadministration, as well as of the disqualification cause of the art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165 / 2001.
The tender procedure will be entirely managed on the computerized purchasing system of the Poligrafico accessible at www.eproc.ipzs.it, pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; to participate, the interested economic operators must therefore previously and compulsorily reRegister on the portal www.eproc.ipzs.it according to the methods described in the Tender Regulations. The duration of the contract may be extended, pursuant to art. 106, c. 11, of Legislative Decree 50/2016, for the time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor. In this case the contractor will be required to perform the services providedin the contract at the same prices, terms and conditions or more favorable for Poligrafico. The provisions relating to the method of presentation of the requested documentation, as well as the indications relating to the performance of the procedure, are contained in the notice and in the tender specifications to which reference is made. These documents can be found in electronic format on the website www.eproc.ipzs.it in the seconcerning the tender procedure. Any additional information and / or clarifications regarding the subject of the contract and / or the procedures for taking part in the tender, may be requested using the specific section of the System for the tender in question. Requests, which must be made in Italian, must be received at least 15 days before the deadline for the tenderopening instructions may be followed by each participant in the procedure also by connecting remotely to the computerized purchasing system of the Poligrafico. The competitor agrees to receive communications pursuant to art. 76 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 in the specific section of the System for the tender in question, and indicates the alternative elected domicile for the aforementioned communications in the eventof unavailability of the System and in any case in any case in which the Poligrafico deems it appropriate. The present call for tenders does not in any way bind the contracting station, which reserves the right at any time not to proceed with the procedure, to suspend and / or cancel it or to extend the terms, without the competitors being able to make any claim to the about.
