Bei den staatlichen und kommunalen Behoerden des Freistaates Sachsen werden zunehmend Signaturarbeitsplaetze eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung mThe necessary signature card and personnel ID cards are issued by means of a framework contract which expires shortly, which has been concluded centrally by the State Department of the State of Saarland. For this, a follow - up contract is to be concluded with this call for tenders. The state and municipal authorities of Saxony 's Free State of SaxonyMend signature workstations. The equipment with the required signature card and personnel ID cards will be issued by means of a framework contract, which will be concluded shortly, which has been concluded centrally by the State Department of the Interior. For this, a follow-up contract is to be concluded with this tender.

On the software side, the signature workstations are based on PrProducts of the company Governikus KG (Bremen) about the co-use within the framework of the IT-Planning Council. Therefore, only the following types of card readers are considered as approved by the software manufacturer. The object of the invitation to tender therefore is the purchase and delivery of signature card and personnel identification cards for signature workstations at state and municipal authorities of the Free StateIt saxony.

Estimated quantity during the contract period:

- Delivery of 200 pieces (estimated quantity). Signature card readers from manufacturer Rainer SCT of type "CyberJack RFID Komfort" including warranty for 48 months-SCT of type "CyberJack RFID standard", including warranty for 48 months

- Exchange service: Voucher for free of charge by the device owner and free replacement delivery within 7 days from order in the IT department store; Provision as a retrievable product by the service provider of the AG;

- Optional guarantee period of 12 months.

- Registration in a professional or trade register in accordance with the legislation of the country where B(See EEE Part IV: Chapter A)

- In the light of the performance described, a statement of the tenderer with:

o business areas and activities of the company,

o activity in the business field of the service requested for at least 3 years,

O Size of the company / number of employees,

o Date of enterprise,

o Head office of the company(Annex 8: Suitability requirements or EEE Part IV: Chapters B and C).

- Explanation of the total turnover of the undertaking and the turnover relating to the particular type of service required, which is the object of the award, In each case based on the last 3 business years (Annex 8 Suitability Requirements or EEE Part IV: Chapter B)- proof of a liability insurance covering at least EUR 500, 000 per claim and year of insurance or a declaration that the contract is concluded until the conclusion of the contract (EEE part IV: chap. B).

In the case of subcontractor involvement or the formation of eiThis proof must be submitted by all the undertakings concerned. According to - 47 para. 2 p. 3-VVV, an applicant must replace a company whose capacities he or she is required to fulfill certain criteria of suitability (suitability lending) within a period laid down by the contracting entity if this company does not meet a criterion of suitability or is subject to compulsory exclusions pursuant to section 123 GWB.
