Rental of operating vehicles

This contract concerns the rental of cold and hot working vehicles, to be used for the work requirements of the Tritovagliatura and Packaging Waste, storage sites and landfills managed by Sistema Ambiente Province of Napoli SpA

The contract has as its object the rental of operational vehicles, cold and hot, for the work requirements of the Tritovigaggio and Packaging Waste (STIR), storage sites and landfills managed by this Environment System Province of Naples SpA a single shareholder.

The services contracted out, due to their uniformity, do not allow the subdivision into the loanmain and secondary actions. The characteristics of the service are better described in the Technical Regulations.

The presumed duration of the contract and set in 24 months starting from the effective date of the activities that will result from a special report prepared in contradictory, unless exhaustion, before the contractual expiration, of the relative amount. And faculty of the Client of attivare the options whose details are reported in the art. 3 of the special contract documents. It is shown that the art. 14, paragraph 3, of the regional law 5.4.2016 n. 6, published in the Official Bulletin of the Campania Region n. 22 of 5.4.2016, established that. Therefore, the Customer will continue to carry out its institutional activities, on the basis of the regulatory provisions, until the eventualityto the identification of a new service operator.

That being stated, it is hereby presented that this tender procedure is subject to the provisions of art. 40 of L. R. n. 26.5.2016, n. 14, published in the B.U.R.C. n. 33 of 26.5.2016, therefore, the identification, by the Area Authority, of the new integrated service operator determines the express and automatic termination of theThe new operator of the service will have the faculty to continue or not to continue with the activities related to the contract.

The RUP can authorize, divaseffective awarding, the early execution of the services covered by the contract, pursuant to art. 32, paragraphs 8 and 13, of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

For the purpose of participating in this call for tenders, economic operators will have to produce the documentation indicated in art. 7, paragraph 7.1, lett. a) of the special contract documents.
