1) Details of the construction work
The procedure is used for the performance of the technical equipment for the equipment groups (AG) 1, 2, 3 and 7 acc. - 53 HOAI awarded for stage B of the Pergamon Museum on the Museum Island Berlin in the Lph 2 to 9. The construction work PMU is divided into 2 phases (BA A and BA B). BA A contains the basic repairand completion of the components Nordkopf (NK), Nordfluegel (NF), Mittelbau Nord (MN), Mittelbau Mitte (MM), and the erection of the new Tempiettos (entrance building).
BA B covers the basic repair and addition of the Mittelbau-Sued components (MS), the south wing (SF), the south head (SK) as well as the new buildings 4.Fluegel and bridge over the Kupfergraben, the underground connecting constructions der Archaeological Promenade (AP) between the Bode Museum / PMU and the PMU / New Museum. With the BA B, all outdoor facilities in the vicinity of the PMU are to be finally produced. Construction work is currently taking place in BA A.
The location of the components is shown in the plan D10178PMU_Uebersichtsplan-Baukoerper-120110 and in the layout plan section Archaeological Promenade Museumsinsel.
With the BaExecution of BA B should start immediately after completion of BA A.
For this purpose, a design documentation structure must be set up in compliance with the essential design specifications of OMUnger and taking into account new requirements for BA B.
