CPV Description: Open procedure for the assignment of a framework agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, lett. b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, by which to identify the professional profiles suitable for carrying out maintenance and redevelopment works at the Barracks and Sante Laria barracks within the General Command of the Guardia di Finanza of Rome, which will be required from time to time from thetime of effective reliance and for the following two-year period

Masonry work.

Maintenance and redevelopment works at the Piave and Sante Laria Barracks within the General Command of the Guardia di Finanza in Rome.

Provisional security to guarantee the offer, pursuant to article 93 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016, accompanied by the commitment of a guarantor to issue the guarantee for execution, asthe competitor is the winner and the definitive security to guarantee the contract (for the sole contractor) pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

Payments will be made by c.c. postal or bank transfer within 30 days of receipt of the electronic invoice, which will be subordinated to the performance of the procedures indicated by the D.M. 40/2008 at Equitalia Servizi S.p.A. and to the prior verification by the administration of:

- good execution of the service,

- contribution regularity of the company that on the occasion of each payment the administration will confirm through the acquisition of the Office of the Single Document of Regular Contribution (DURC ).

Any non-regularity of the company for the purposes of the DURC will determine the suspension of the paymentup to the regularization by the company itself, which will take care of communicating it to the administration.

The company must demonstrate that: a) has not been subjected to measures to suspend business activities pursuant to art. 14 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and related measures prohibiting bargaining with public administrations;

b) the non-existence of anyof the causes of exclusion contemplated by the art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

c) in the case of temporary groupings, each member of the group must fully possess the general requirements set forth in art. 80 of the Procurement Code; d) the absence of causes of incapacitation to contract under the current anti-mafia discipline; e) the technical-professional qualification referred to in art.. 26, paragraph 1, lett. a) of Legislative Decree no. 81 / 2008.
