DELL EMC Isilon Scale-out NAS storage enhancement

The contract concerns the supply of nodes for the DELL EMC Isilon Scale-out NAS storage enhancement located on the primary and secondary site, including the maintenance, assistance and support. For detailed information, see the tender documents.

5) II.2.5) award criteria: Pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and as amended; the contract will be awarded with the lowest price criterion in the case of servicesand supplies with standardized characteristics whose conditions are established by the market and which are not labor-intensive services; the polling station will identify the anomaly threshold pursuant to art. 97, paragraph 2, paragraph 2 bis and paragraph 2 ter of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and as amended in the presence of at least five admitted offers. The methods of presentation of the explanations referred toart. 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and as amended will be specified in the tender specification;

6) II.2.6) value, excluding VAT, EUR 600 000.00 composed as follows: EUR 500 000.00, as the maximum amount not exceedable based on the auction; EUR 100 000.00, as an option referred to in point II.2.11), lett. to). The non-exceedable unit prices, under penalty of exclusion, are shown in the tender specification to which reference is made;

7) II.2.7) duration: 36 months and in any case by 18.9.2023 expiration date of the maintenance of the storage system on the primary site and 25.9.2023 expiration date of the maintenance for the system on the secondary site;

8) III.1) each competitor individual or associate must satisfy, also in accordance with the provisions of the tender specification, the following conditions;

15) partial bids are not allowedand / or conditioned;

16) ACI Informatica avails itself of the procedural reversal pursuant to art. 133, paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

19) pursuant to articles 32 and 71 of Legislative Decree no. 50/ 2016 and subsequent amendments the tender was launched with a decision to contract of 18.3.2020 and commitment of expenditure of the Board of Directors of 10.3.2020;
