G19-F1236. - Supply of automatic samplers and maintenance

Reference Number: G19-F1236

G19-F1236. - Open procedure tender for the assignment, through a framework agreement with a single operator, of the supply of stationary and portable automatic samplers including maintenance service - CIG code n. 8072216B5D. Ref .: art. 2 of the Capitolaspecial tender contract Tender specifications.

The supply of:

- n. 24 stationary self-emptying refrigerated samplers with 4-bottle distribution,

- n. 11 self-emptying refrigerated stationary samplers with 2 bottles distribution,

- n. 2 stationary self-emptying refrigerated samplers with 24 bottles distribution,

- n. 4 samplers aportable utomatics with 1-bottle distribution,

- n. 1 portable automatic sampler with 24 bottles distribution.

Including the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance service for a total of five years and the supply of all spare parts also for any worn-out parts.

N.B. The supply of all the samplers object of this contract must be of a unicor manufacturer.

In particular, it should be noted that for admission purposes it is required to:

- have available in case of awarding adequate personnel for the maintenance service, which, where economic operator is not a service center or retailer, must prove to have a collaboration with the manufacturing company to guarantee the effective capacity of intervention on such equipment, or to be in possession of recently acquired training certificates which demonstrate the ability to operate on the specific instrumentation of the manufacturing company (as per art. 21 of the Special Specifications of tender),

- to have available in case of award n. 1 opera person in possession of a PEI qualification; EUR VAT and a turnover related to maintenance services for a total amount relative to at least one year not less than 20, 000.00 EUR VAT.

In the case of horizontal ATI, the leading group leader must possess the requisite in a majority way compared to the requirements possessed by the principals and in any case in the minimum percentage of 40% as specified in art. 92, c. 2 of Presidential Decree 207/2010 s.m.i. The same applies to mixed ATIs for horizontal groupings.

In the case of vertical ATIs, each component will demonstrate the requisiteor correspondent.

- to present the certification of the company quality process according to the European standards of the UNI EN ISO 9001 series of the manufacturer of the materials offered.
