Open, telematic procedure for the assignment of the supply and delivery of lubricants and greases at the company`s solid waste treatment plants, divided into 4 lots, for 36 months

The contract relates to `entrusting the supply and delivery of lubricants and greases to the company` s solid waste treatment plants, suddifaces in 4 (four) lots, for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months.

The contract relates to the assignment of the supply and delivery of lubricants and greases at the company`s solid waste treatment plants, divided into 4 ( four) lots, for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months.professional or commercial accounts of the State of residence if it is an EU country, in accordance with the provisions of art. 83 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

b) the existence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

1) the additional provisions of this announcement including the additional causes of exclusion are contained in the Tender Regulations and its attachmentsti, which can be freely viewed and downloaded at the URL www.amaroma.it;

2) for the purpose of payment of the contributions due pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 65 and 67, of law no. 266/2005 by the economic operators that intend to participate in the tender referred to in this announcement, the identification code of the tender (CIG) and the following: lot I: 800648044F; payment methods areviewable on the site http://www.anticorruzione.it/portal/public/classic/Servizi/ServiziOnline/ServizioRiscossioneContributi;

3) all declarations, under penalty of exclusion, must be drawn up and signed in accordance with and for the purposes of the D.P.R. n. 445/2000 and digitally signed;

4) AMA S.p.A. reserves the right to:

a) proceed with the awarding of individual lots even in the presence of aonly valid offer, if deemed appropriate and convenient;

b) not proceed with the awarding of individual lots if no offer is suitable or suitable in relation to the contractual object;

c) suspend, redirect or not award the procedure motivatedly;

d) not to stipulate the contract justifiably even if the award was previously made;

e) proceed to the stepsalso hearing of a single / single lot or, in any case, not of all the lots subject to the procedure;

5) the competitors for which one of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and, in particular, pursuant to art. 80 of said legislative decree;

6) bids equal to or greater than the amount placed on the basis of the tender are not allowed / will be excludedincomplete, partial and / or conditional terms;

7) tenders submitted in paper form or by PEC or any other form of presentation different from that indicated in the tender Rules will not be considered valid;

8) abnormally low offers are identified and evaluated based on the provisions of art. 97 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

9) and subcontracting is permitted pursuant to art. 105 of theLegislative Decree no. 50/2016 within the limits of 40% of the total amount of the contract;

10) information and clarifications on the tender documents can be requested at the General Affairs Area - Purchasing Service via online transmission, through the specific section of the Portal, by and not later than 4.10.2019;

11) the clarifications will be published in electronic format on the AMA website, in the appropriate sectionone of the Portal;

12) all communications between AMA S.p.A. and the economic operators will be transmitted electronically, through the appropriate function present in the details sheet of the awarding procedure; of the cash flows referred to inThe law 13.8.2010, n. 136;

14) it is also specified that the contractor with whom the contract will be signed, during the execution of the contract and for its entire duration, must keep AMA constantly updated in order to maintain the possession of the requisites required in article 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i.

15) with the presentation of the offers, the competitors withthey hear the processing of their data, including personal data, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, for insolvency and contractual requirements;

16) AMA does not make use of an arbitration clause which, therefore, is not contractually provided for; art. 205 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

18) this procedure has been authorized with determination n. 42-2019 dated 18.6.2019.;
