Supply and installation of 3 St. 40 (50) MVA transformers for Alsfeld, Schotten and Gruenberg substations

Delivery and installation of 3 pieces of 40 (50) MVA transformers.

Transformers should be equipped with tap-changer and expansion tankn.

The installations are made on concrete foundations built by the customer. The access is also made on site. The transformers are to be installed ready for connection on the OS / US and secondary side.

Locations are the substations in Alsfeld, Schotten and Gruenberg.

1) Signed by the applicant (in the case of applicant associations by all members) on the following points:

- that his assets have not been opened for bankruptcy or similar legal proceedings, or the application has been filed or the request has been rejected for lack of assets, - that his company is not in liquidation, - that he has not been proven to be guilty of serious misconduct who questions his reliability

- that he has his Veobligations to pay taxes and contributions and contributions to the statutory social security system have been duly completed; - that the statements have been correctly submitted as to their ability, expertise and reliability, - that they are / are aware that the wrong indication is given Exclusion from the circle of candidates,
