As for tender specifications. a) There are no grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

b) there are no prohibitions to contract with the PA;

c) there are no conflicts of interest;

d) registration in the Register of Companies held by the CCIA or in the Register of the provincial commissions for the craft industry;

e) for companies having their registered office in Italy, authorization issued byISVAP today IVASS to the exercise in Italy in the insurance branches corresponding to those object of the present contract, for the Companies having registered office in another Member State of the U.E, having received the communication (or the silent assent) of which to the art. 23 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 209/05 as an alternative to having received the communication pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 209/05
