CPV Description: Laser-melting system for the additive processing of metal materials (used)
Reference Number: E_147_003632 Bon-wit
The system referred to is a laser beam melting system for layered, generative generation of metallic components using 3D CAD data directly. The component manufacturing is to be carried out in a powder-based manner, powder being, for example, Aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, tool steel, cobalt chrome and nickel-based alloys must be processed using a laser under a protective gas atmosphere (depending on the alloy argon or nitrogen). The aim is to achieve a 99% dense structure by completely melting the metal powder in a single - stage melt process without the need for a-Additional post-treatment (such as infiltration or post-sintering). For this purpose, a fiber laser with a minimum output of 400 watts is required as the beam source. Main features: The installation must have a minimum installation space of at least 250 x 250 x 300 mm, The layer thickness must be variable. TheAttainable quality must be equally accessible in every area of the installation space. A requisite system or a back-up company with appropriate guarantee is sought.
