Die Zoologische Garten Rostock gGmbH beabsichtigt, -to realize the Polarium project on its own zoo. It is the new construction of an ice rink and penguin enclosure. Adjacent to the Eisbaerengehege a new building is built as a visitor center with an exhibition and deep-sea aquarium area. Zoologischer Garten Rostock gGmbH is looking for a contract partner for the export
Land Site: Zoologischer Garten Rostock, Rennbahnallee 21, 18059 Rostock.
Production and planting of newly developed enclosure areas for rearing and keeping of polar bears and penguins as new exterior surfaces as well as visitor paths as paved pavement areas and partial areas as water-bound Wegeflaechen. The designThe land areas are based on the natural vegetation of subpolar landscapes / tundra areas. The soil structure consists of a combination of hard and soft surfaces, soil, mulch and sandbeach, grass / grass, wood shredder, natural stone, river gravel, Geroell, natural soil. The execution of the landscaping work takes place in the Gefaelle including delivery and setting of plants, -Trees as well as the installation of existing dead trees and boulders.

1. Pre-qualified companies show the proof of suitability for the performance to be awarded by the entry in the list of the Association for the pre-qualification of construction companies e. V. (Praequalifikationsverzeichnis), supplemented by the gefosent order-specific statements (see III.1.2) and III.1.3). If other companies are involved, it must be demonstrated on separate request that they are prequalified or meet the requirements for prequalification, supplemented by the required order-specific individual certificates (see also III.1.2) and III.1.3)).
2. Non-qualified Untas either preliminary proof of suitability for the service to be awarded with the offer:
- either the completed "self-declaration of suitability" (form 124), supplemented by the required order-specific statements (see III.1.2) and III.1.3 ), - or a "Single European Self-Statement" (EEE), supplemented by the required ordersspecific individual certificates (see also III.1.2) and III.1.3)).
If other companies are involved, the declarations of their own will be made on request, supplemented by the required order-specific individual certificates (see III.1.2) and III .1.3)). If the other companies are prequalified, it is sufficient to indicate the number under which they are in the listThe Association for the Pre-qualification of Contractors e. V. (Praequalifikationsverzeichnis) supplemented by the required order-specific individual certificates (see under III.1.2) and III.1.3)). In the "self-declaration of suitability" (Form 124) are required:
- statement on sales of the company in the last three completed business years, and so ont relates to works and other services which are comparable to the work being put out to tender, including the share of work carried out in conjunction with other enterprises,
- information on services comparable to the work being put out to tender,
- information on labor,
- indication of entry in the professional register of their registered office or place of residence, - indication of Insolvenzverfahren und Liquidation,
- statement that no serious misconduct has been proven to be a question of reliability as an applicant,
- information on the payment of taxes, duties and contributions to the statutory social security,
- information on membership of the professional association.
the offer on the shortlist are the self-explanations (also those of the named andcompanies) on special request by submitting the certificates of competent authorities named in the "Declaration of Conformity" (Form 124) or in the EEE Certificates that are not in German must be accompanied by a translation into the German language
Declaration according to - - 6a EU No. 2 lit. c) VOB / A on the turnover of the companyin each case in relation to the last 3 completed business years, insofar as it relates to construction services and other services which are comparable to the service to be provided, including the share in contracts carried out jointly with other companies.
The form Self-declaration of suitability I (turnover and employees) is for the information required above, the allocation subland to be used (order specific itemization).
1. The tender documents are available online on the tendering platform Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Subreport Elvis (see link under I.3)). It should be noted that all participants are responsible for the further development of the award procedure, eg. B. the addition or modification of the tender documents, the Answerquestions, through continuous and independent insight on the tendering platform.
2. The offer can only be submitted in writing.
3. The offer, together with the required attachments, must be submitted in due time, in full and signed in a sealed envelope in a sealed envelope, using the identification sheet attached to the tender documentsto be submitted to the office mentioned under I.3) (Hanseatic City of Rostock Building Office Room E 62/63).
4. Tenderers are admitted. A consortium will act as a consortium in case of award of contract. The members are jointly and severally liable and appoint a representative. Bidder groups have with the offer of all members unsigned consortium declaration in accordance with the tender documents.
5. The required evidence, information and explanations must be submitted by the individual members of a consortium together with the offer.
6. Questions will only be answered if they have been sent in writing to the awarding authority mentioned under I.1) at least 6 calendar days before the deadline for the submission of tenders-received. Mouthly or telephone questions are not answered. Questions are to be addressed exclusively to the contracting authority mentioned under I.1).
7. In the case of foreign tenderers, equivalent certificates from the country of origin must be submitted together with the tender.
8. For documents that are not written in German, the offer must be accompanied by certified translations into German
