Supply of a scanning electron microscope (SEM) with a system for speX energy dispersion ttroscopy (EDXS).

The contract is governed by the L.P. 2/2016 and, as far as this is not provided, by Legislative Decree 50/2016. The person responsible for the tender procedure and Dr. Elisabetta Endrici. UniTrento reserves the right to award even in the presence of a single offer, not to proceed with the awarding or stipulation of the contract pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 12, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 without this involving any compensation to participants. According to the art. 73, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree50/2016 and of the Ministerial Decree 2.12.2016 the winners will be charged for the obligatory publications that will be divided proportionally on the amount based on the tender.
