Design, development / configuration, test, commissioning and technical assistance for the operation of `civil status management software in Mali.

Main Site: Bamako in Mali.

- station 1: analyze the specificity of data and processingto the civil status of Mali in accordance with the law and regulations (code of the person and the family);

- item 2: design and develop / configure in an Agile approach, an integrated solution for managing the facts of civil status that implements the Malian regulations in the matter;

- item 3: ensuring interoperability through specific APIs between the future computer systemof the civil status and the population database;

- item 4: ensuring internalization and appropriation by user administrations through training of trainers in the administration and operation of the system;

- item 5: draw up structured and detailed documentation including not only an illustrated guide to using the system, but also all of the documentsnts techniques including data models, development logic, description of APIs and important source codes, maintenance actions, etc.

- item 6: provide technical and operational assistance to a team of DNEC technicians / CTDEC who will be in charge of user supervision and system maintenance.
