Procurement Workforce and Asset Management System

Workforce and Asset Management System for Network Operators Standard Network Connection, Maintenance & Service, Fault Management and Network & Facility Management the divisions electricity, gas, water and district heating of the Stadtwerk Landshut.

A standard software is to be procured and adapted to the requirements of Stadtwerk Landshut (customizing), which are laid down in a service description or specifications. The entire system will be integrated into the existing hardware, software and network landscape and trained about 60-80 master craftsmen and fitters. The IT department of StadtwerkLandshuts supports with hardware delivery and integration support. A software maintenance contract including company support for the duration of 3 years should be procured. Alternatively, a corresponding solution as SaaS (Software as a Service) is also conceivable.

For later supplementary services, a service contract should secure the necessary resources of the tenderer.

The Be

The implementation project is roughly subdivided into the following work packages to be delivered:

1) create requirement specification;

2) install, integrate and adapt standard software;

3) implement grid connection process;

4) implement Maintenance;

5) implementation fault management;

6) order

7) operational readiness, functional testing, acceptance, effective operation, (operational transition) duration.
