The contractor will be mandated on a case by case basis by the Office 365 team to develop and operate optimal and cost-effective IT solutions within IDA for the departments of GIZ in close collaboration with IT`s Office 365 (Cloud Services I) team.

This requires a comprehensive know-how of Beezy and its interaction with Microsoft Sharepoint. The knowledge should cover the following topics:
— Microsoft SharePoint,
— Beezy,
— Microsoft Teams,
— Microsoft Planner,
— as well as their interactions,
— WebApps and databases on Microsoft Azure,
— management of APIs.
Customizing and programming services are also required in the context of the further development of IDA, in particular:
— customizing and programming services based on the above mentioned Microsoft Office 365 and Azure products as well as Beezy,
— programming of interfaces to existing GIZ systems (SAP, web applications, OpenText Content Server),
— development of Microsoft Sharepoint Templates,
— development and extension of Microsoft Azure SQL databases,
— testing of the developments as well as regression testing,
— creation of technical concepts,
— technical documentations.
In the field of system administration, external support is required for optimization, troubleshooting and debugging, especially with regard to the interaction between MS Sharepoint and Beezy. Experience in the analysis of logs and traces is required.
