The subject of this call for tenders is the commissioning of personal support services by external specialists in the field of IT IT operations, further development of the IT architecture and conceptionand introduction of cross-cutting IT control tools and IT processes. Essentially, support services are to be provided which ensure a secure continuation of VBG's IT operations and a targeted and promising further development of the IT infrastructure.

F-r die ausThe framework contract must be concluded by means of a one-to-one call-off procedure in the form of concluding concrete EVB-IT service contracts.

The framework contract is an average of 700 person-days (PT) per full calendar year intended, With a term of 2 years plus the extension options for one year each up to a maximum duration of 4 years, this results in a total volume of 2800 PT.

A minimum order quantity or a purchase obligation of the client does not arise to a lot allocation, as the support to be awarded(the individual areas are closely linked to each other in terms of organization) require an interdisciplinary and coordinated approach in order to develop reliable and long-term solutions.

Self-declaration with the form "Qualification_ Personal situation / Economic and financial capacity":

- Indication of individual vendor / consortium,

- Self-declaration about the presence of Ausfinal form (separate form),

- copy excerpt from the commercial register or professional register,

- company profile,

- self-declaration with proof of (in case of order) the existence of a professional / public liability insurance.

The tender documents and all information on the award procedure are exclusively electronic on the allocation platform "German allocation portal"(www.dtvp.de) to find. Tenderers must register to participate in the tendering process on this tendering platform. The registration is free of charge in the required BASIC edition without value-added services.

The communication between the client and the bidders is only possible via the project space of the award procedure on the tendering platform.
