Lot 1 sits down acc. Planning from an annually extendable maintenance contract (for a fixed price) as well as individual further development contracts of nrwGov layers 1-3 together.

The following service areas have to be covered:

- troubleshooting and support,

- regular updates,

installation work,

- care of the Distribution in the state of NRW,

- Konzeption, project management, project controlling.

The services required are to be awarded on the basis of a framework agreement. The concrete structure of the respectively required services is regulated in a single contract to the framework agreement.
