IT management services for applications and databases, specialized hardware, software and network support in the information systems of the Reclamation Consortium, CIG 7527535E61

Service for park management application, databases, hardware, software and consortium network, with the supply criterioneconomically more advantageous pursuant to the provisions of art. 60 and 95 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 on the basis of the criteria indicated in the present call for tender.

Main Site: Operational Offices of Bergamo, Albino, Medolago and Telgate (BG).

Service for the management of the application park, databases, hardware, software and consortium network, with the bid criterion more economically advantageousosa pursuant to the provisions of art. 60 and 95 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 on the basis of the criteria indicated in the present call for tenders. To be declared using, if present, the item envisaged by the model European Single Execution Document (DGUE) or alternatively by self-declaration:

1) registration with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture (CCIAA) or similar register of theState of belonging by category of activity coinciding with the object of the tender;

2) inexistence of the causes of exclusion from participation in tenders, provided for by art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

3) respect of employment contracts and compliance with the rules on labor costs and remuneration of employees.

Applicants must submit appropriate documentationand to demonstrate:

1) to have economic and financial soundness attested by a suitable bank statement, by a credit institution or intermediary authorized pursuant to the law of 1.9.1993 no. 385, certifying the economic-financial capacity of the bidder for the purposes of the assumption of the contract subject of the present tender; if for justified reasons it is not able to produceIn this reference the economic operator can produce other documentation proving the economic and financial requirements on which the contracting authority will express the admissibility judgment, pursuant to article 86, paragraph 4, of the Code. to the participating company to carry out a mandatory inspection at the consortium for the purposeto take note of the logistical features.

For the purpose of carrying out the required inspection, competitors must send to the contracting authority, no later than 12:00 noon on 10.7.2018, by e-mail (info@cbbg.it), a request for Inspection indicating name and surname, with the relevant personal data of the persons responsible for carrying it out.

The request must specify theaddress / fax number / e-mail address to which the call is to be called.

The inspection will be carried out on the days agreed with the contracting authority and in any case by the date of 13.7.2018.

Appropriate attestation signed by the parties to be inserted in the administrative documentation under penalty of exclusion.

The inspection must be carried out by alegal representative, or by a competitor's technical director, as resulting from the CCIAA certificate; or it can also be performed by a different person only if it is provided with a written delegation act provided that it is dependent on the competing economic operator.

Failure to carry out the inspection will cause exclusion from the tender procedure.

Deadline for receipt of clarification requestsiment: 10.7.2018 by 16.00 - the answers to the clarifications will be available on the Consortium's website www.cbbg.it and will be provided in any case before 13.7.2018 by 16: 00.
