Final and executive design, as well as coordination of safety during the design phase with regard to risk mitigation measures crolli along the SP342 in the municipal territory of Sacco.

At the time of stipulation of the contract the successful bidder must present the definitive deposit to the extent and in the manner provided for by art. 103 of the Code, which will be released pursuant to and in accordance with the modalities provided for by the same article 10.3. Pursuant to art. 24, paragraph 4, second sentence of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, and of the art. 4.1 of the Lines guide ANAC n. 1, the professional or the contracting professionals in charge of the design must present, together with the signature of the contract, the professional civil liability policy, with reference to the planned works, issued by insurance company authorized to operate the branch in the European Union territory; to cover the liability profof the subjects in charge, such as external designers, for direct damages deriving errors or omissions in the drafting of the design, such as the new design costs and / or the greater costs related to the need to introduce variants resulting from design errors or omissions. The policy must be presented starting from the stipulation of the contract and end the dateof approval of the provisional acceptance.

The contract is financed in accordance with art. 1, paragraph 2 of the OPCM no. 3922/2011 and of the art. 1, paragraph 253, of the L.R. n. 4/2011, as indicated in the management decree n. 413 of 20.9.2017 of the Directorate General for the Environment and the Ecosystem of the Campania Region.

1.8. The payment of the consideration for the service object of the contract will be madein compliance with the terms established by Legislative Decree 9.10.2002, n. 231, as amended and supplemented by Legislative Decree 9.11.2012, n. 192. The contract is subject to obligations regarding the traceability of financial flows pursuant to art. 3 of Law 13.8.2010, n. 136.

Possession of the requisites of professional qualification as per paragraph 12.1 of the Disciplinary of tender.

It is not allowed to participate in the competitionncurrents for which there are:

- the causes of exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of the Code,

- the conditions set forth in art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree of 2001, n. 165 o referred to in art. 35 of the law-decree 24.6.2014, n. 90 converted with amendments by the law 11.8.2014, n. 114 or that, under the current legislation, additional prohibitions to contract with the public administration have occurredion,

- the economic operators having their seat, residence or domicile in the countries included in the so-called referred to in the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 4.5.1999 and the decree of the Minister of Economy and Finance of 21.11.2001 must be in possession, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, the valid authorization in progress issued pursuant to the DM 14.12.2010 of the Ministry of Economy e-of finances pursuant to art. 37 of the D.L. 3.5.2010, n. 78),

- and, under penalty of exclusion, the acceptance of the integrity agreement / legal agreement signed with the Prefecture of Salerno, initialed on 24.9.2008
