Insurance services for companies in the GSE group. GSE group (GSE, GME, AU, RSE), divided into n. 2 autonomous and distinct lots:

Insurance coverage for civil liability for claimspeople, directors and statutory auditors of the GSE group - D & O policy.

Annual duration starting from midnight on 31.12.2019 and renewal for a further annual. all`art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

b) registration with the Chamber of Commerce (or other equivalent body for companies belonging to other EU countries) for fair business activitiesvalid to those covered by the contract;

c) authorization from the Ministry of Economic Development, CIPE or IVASS to carry out the insurance classes for which participation is requested pursuant to Legislative Decree 209/2005 and subsequent amendments .ii.;

d) not having concluded employment or self-employment contracts and, in any case, failing to assign duties to former employees who have exercised authoritative powers onfor the contracting station, for the three years following the termination of the relationship.

It is requested:

a) an annual premium collection, in the three-year period 2016/2017/2018, equal at least to:

- for lot 1, 50 000 000, 00 EUR in the non-life business,

- for lot 2, EUR 100, 000, 000.00 in the life insurance business;

b) possession of a rating equal to or greater than BBB issued by Standard & Poor`s or Fitch Ratings, pare or higher than B if issued by the agency AM Best, equal to or greater than Baa if issued by the Moody`s agency, in the course of validity on the date of publication of the notice, with the indication of the specialized company that has attributed it.

Yes states that the requirements described above [letters a) and b)] are alternative to each other.

1) with reference to art. 48 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the subject of the appalto does not provide secondary services; it should also be remembered that the participation fee of the mandatory company must be prevalent;

2) in the case of availment, the applications must contain the documentation required and requested by the art. 89 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; please note that the availment contract must be prepared in compliance with the provisions of art. 89 del D.Lgs. 50/2016 and must analytically indicate the instrumental and financial resources made available; confirmation of the prohibition of availment in relation to the demonstration of the requirement referred to in point III.1.1) c) (authorization by MiSE, IVASS);

3) it is specified that:

- the requirements indicated in points III.1.2 - Economic capacity and financial - and III.1.3 - Professional and technical skillsa - are considered under penalty of exclusion,

- in the case of participation in R.T.I. or co-insurance agreement pursuant to art. 1911, the requisites indicated in the previous points III.1.1 (Professional qualifications, including the requirements related to enrollment in the professional register or in the commercial register), III.1.2 (Economic and financial capacity cannot be divided) ;

4)this call for tenders and published on the client`s profile www.gse.it, call for tenders section; the procedure will be carried out on the GSE e-procurement platform (hereinafter) accessible, subject to accreditation, at https://appalti.gse.it/PortaleAppalti/it/homepage.wp; the tender documentation, necessary for the presentation of the offer, will be sent after sending the, withdrawn from the aforementioned Platform;

5) all documents relating to this procedure must be transmitted to the GSE electronically through the e-procurement system referred to in point 4 above; the offer must be received through the Platform no later than the final deadline indicated in the previous point IV.2.2); the date and time of receipt are proven by Piattaforma itself; any liability of the GSE is excluded if, due to technical or other problems, the documentation is not received by the required final deadline;

6) any requests for clarification must include the procedure number 16162 in the subject and be transmitted exclusively via PEC to the address e.procurement@pec.gse.it; the answers will be betweenstopped by the GSE to the applicant and published on the Platform; the GSE will communicate the additional information to all the economic operators, provided they are requested at least 9 days before the expiry of the deadline set for the receipt of the offers; jurisdiction of the provisionaward contract; in this case the contractor waives from now on to request any form of indemnity and / or compensation for the part of the contract not carried out; Mauro Rossini.
