Brokerage service and insurance consultancy in favor of the CNI for the future stipulation of a collective occupational liability insurance policy, voluntary, in favor of the members of the professional category of engineers Italians with economic operator to be identified by successesgo tender procedure.

List and brief description of the conditions:

a) Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture register of provincial commissions for the craft sector for activities consistent with those covered by this procedurera. The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of the Code, submits a sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established; 109, paragraph 2, letter b) of Legislative Decree 7.9.2005 n.209, cat B, and possession of the requisiti prescribed by the ISVAP implementing regulation (Prov. 2.8.2018, n. 40) for the exercise of the activities covered by the contract. The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, co. 3 of the Code, presents a sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established.

Each operator elects domicile, also in accordance witht. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, in the System area dedicated to it and to the certified e-mail address indicated in the application form.

As explained in more detail in the Tender Regulations, operators will be asked to produce:

i) provisional guarantee pursuant to 'art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, whose quantification is indicated in the tender documentation;

ii) definitive guaranteeVAT pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

The starting price, which cannot be exceeded, on pain of exclusion from the tender, subject to discount.

The tender will be awarded on the basis of the economically most advantageous offer based on the best value for money. allowed subcontracting within the limits and with the methods indicated in the Legislative Decree n. 50/2016 and in the Disciplinary.

Lʻaggio planned infavor of the contractor will be charged to the economic operator entrusted with the insurance service for the stipulation of the collective policy. this contract shall be deemed terminated by law without the parties abbiano nothing to claim for.

This tender will take place through the IT system on which the offers must be inserted.
