Possession of general requirements (not being in any of the exclusion conditions provided for by Article 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016); registration with the Chamber of Commerce pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; authorization from the Ministry of Economic Development or IVASS to carry out the insurance classes for which crequests the participation pursuant to Legislative Decree 209/2005.

As per the Tender Regulations.

Deposits and guarantees required: Provisional in the amount of 2% of the auction starting amount of the single lot with the methods referred to 'art. 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - Definitive in the amount of 10% of the contracted amount with the procedures pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.

Payment method: as indicatedin the policy norms.

Legal form which the group of economic operators will have to take on to win the contract: participation in the tender and reserved to insurance companies having legal representation and permanent establishment in Italy, in possession of the authorization to carry out insurance private with reference to the branch of the lot to which the offer is presentedin accordance with Legislative Decree no. 209/2005, in compliance with the art. 45, 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as well as meeting the requirements set out in this Regulation and related attachments. Co-insurance pursuant to art. 1911 of the civil code with the modalities envisaged by the tender regulations. The co-insurance (individually, in co-insurance or in RTI) will not be acceptedmembers, RTIs and companies adhering to them; in the presence of this partnership, all companies will be excluded from the tender. Participation means the presentation for the same lot of different offers in competition with each other.
