Insurance services. insurance divided into the following 7 functional lots:

- All Risks Patrimonio;

- RCT / RCO;

- Accumulated Accidents;

- RCA / ARD Registration Serial Number;

- Auto Different risks Amm.ri and Dip.ti;

- Legal Protection;

- R.C. Balance sheet.

Provisional deposit equal to 2% of the value of the main contract of each lot.

Own funds of the Municipality Client (Municipality of Monte Urano).

Registration in the register of companies of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft, Province Agriculture in which the company is based, or in a similar register of the Stator belonging (Annex XVI of the Code), for the type of activity inherent to the subject of this tender. In the case of cooperatives or consortia of cooperatives, also the registration under the D.M. 23.6.2004 in the Register of Cooperative Societies established at the Ministry of Productive Activities (now Economic Development); in the case of social cooperatives, also the registration in the regional register;

Possit of regular authorization to the exercise of the activity of assurance of which to the D.Lgs. 209/05 and ss.mm.ii. for the lots for which it is intended to submit an offer.
