Liability insurance services.

Nuclear liability insurance for 11 BGZ site interim storage facilities from 1.1.2019

Cover for the nuclear liability risk as of 1.1.2019 for the following 11 interim storage facilities in Germany:

Cover option ( Individual insurance per location intermediate storage)

For securing the 11 location temporary storage is-to provide a sum insured of EUR 350 million (ie per location).

Cover option (compulsory insurance)

An insurance sum of EUR 350 million is to be made available to cover the 11 interim storage locations. In the event of damage, there is an unconditional obligation of the insurer to reimburse the sum insured, whereby the specialclause according to Annex 3 of the tender conditions.

EUR 200 million basic cover

Proof of authorization of the insurance undertaking by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) or a corresponding license of the competent supervisory authority of another member state of the European Union for the tendered insurance branch. The conditions-for the financial security acc. Section 2 (1) of the Nuclear Financial Poution Regulations (AtDeckV) must be complied with. Due to the confidential nature of the tender documents, the involvement of a third party with legal capacity as an address for correspondence is only permissible if the authorized representative has a permanent and exclusive service relationship with the insurer, -is required to observe secrecy and the involvement of the authorized representative in carrying out the tendered contract is required.

- Proof of a rating of at least BBB according to standard123, 124 GWB are available

Proof of regular social security contributions (certificate of immunity from the collection agency and the employer's liability insurance association, maximum 3 months old). (Exclusion criterion),

- attestation from the competent authority of the Member State concerned that the applicant has fulfilled his obligation to pay taxes and duties (information in tax matters, max. 3 months old) has been duly complied with. (Exclusion criterion),

- Excerpt from the commercial register or comparable information, provided that the applicant is not a natural person.
