Legal liability insurance services.

Convention for the supply of insurance services in the field of professional liability and legal protection.

Professional liability agreement and legal protection for the provision of insurance services related to the performance of free profession of all architects and engineers in their respective registers, including retirees, without alexclusion, as well as engineering, professional and professional companies.

1) Professional RC policy for engineers and architects;

2) professional RC policy for engineering companies;

3) professional RC policy for external designers;

4 ) professional RC policy for external auditors;

5) professional RC policy for retired engineers and architects.The competitors must be in possession, with the modalities provided for in the Disciplinare di gara, for registration in the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft and Agriculture of the province in which they are based, or a similar register of the EU member state, as well as the authorization issued IVASS or, in the case of economic operators having their registered office in an EU state other than Italya, of the IVASS's consent at the beginning of the activity in Italy.

Neither the announcement, nor the Disciplinary constitute a contractual proposal or offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 cod. civ., but simple invitation to offer.

Inarcassa reserves the right:

(i) not to award and not proceed with the signing of the agreement;

(ii) to extend the terms, suspend, interrupt, cancel and revoke in anyat any time the procedure, without this occurrence may be the basis for any request for compensation or compensation for damages, on any basis, by the bidders.

The tender will be awarded even if there is only one offer judged valid and deserving acceptance.

With regard to the temporary contractor, the offer is valid until the conclusion of the agreement.

The receipt of any offer does not imply any obligation or commitment to award the bidder against the bidder, it gives the latter any right to any performance and / or compensation, for any reason or reason, by Inarcassa.

All documentation sent by the bidders remains acquired in the Inarcassa documents and will not be returned, not even parto non-contractors, with the exception of provisional securities if expressly required.

All documentation required must be presented, under penalty of exclusion, in Italian.
