European open-ended tender for the provision of insurance consulting and insurance brokerage services (insurance brokerage services)

Awarding of consulting services and insurance brokerage rendered pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 209/2005 finalized to the conclusion of the insurance contracts of CDP and some of its subsidiaries as detailed in the Disciplinaryof tender and technical specifications, as well as management in the execution of the same.

This contract is aimed at the assignment of insurance advisory and insurance brokerage services rendered pursuant to Legislative Decree 209/2005 aimed at concluding insurance CDP and some of its subsidiaries as detailed in technical specifications, as well as management in the execution of the steIn particular, the winning broker will have to:

i) proceed with the revision and updating of the company risks in order to draw up the technical specifications of the policy relating to the new insurance coverage; the specifications will be the object of the tender / tenders that CDP, SACE and / or other companies in the group will perform for the awarding of their insurance coverage;

ii) take care of the management of theinsurance, as well as provide a specialist advice service on insurance issues as detailed in the technical specifications.

The assignment has a duration of 24 (twenty four) months starting from stipulation of the contract, with the possibility of availing of an optionrenewal of a further 12 months, to be activated at the end of the 24 months and a further renewal option of a further 12 months to be exercised at the end of the first option, as better described in the Tender Guidelines.

Options

CDP, SACE S.p.A. and the subsidiaries of both that will stipulate an appropriate contract with the winning broker can avail themselves, also separately of theand following options:

- renewal option for a further 12 months (from 1.1.2022 to 31.12.2022); the option will have the same prices, pacts and conditions stipulated in the contract and must be exercised up to 1 month before the contractual expiry,

- option to renew the services for a further 12 months (from 1.1.2023 to 31.12.2023); the option will have the same prices, agreements and conditions previste from the contract and must be exercised up to 1 month before the contract expires,

- for CDP option to activate similar brokerage services for insurance coverage to date not subject to the same price terms and conditions for the award of this contract; the option will have the same prices, pacts and conditions as stipulated in the contract-reported in the Disciplinary of the tender.

4) pparticipation of competitors who are in one of the situations referred to in art. 2359 of the cod. civ .; will also be excluded from the tender competitors for whom it is ascertained that the relevant offers are imputable to a single decision-making center, on the basis of unambiguous elements or involved in objective situations detrimental to the par condicio between competitors and / or detrimental to the secrecyoffers;

5) partial and / or conditional offers are not allowed; the offer must be guaranteed by a deposit pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions;

6) subcontracting and admitted within the limits of the law;

7) the specific provisions concerning the details of the services, the award criteria, the elements of assessment, the submission of tendersthe other causes for exclusion from the tender and the other information are contained in the tender regulations and related enclosures including the technical specifications;

8) CDP reserves the right to proceed with the awarding even if only one valid offer is submitted or, pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 12, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, not to proceed with the award if none of the offers resulti convenient or suitable in relation to the subject of the contract; suspend, redirect, cancel or not award the tender motivatively; not to stipulate the contract justifiably, even if the award has previously taken place;

10) with regard to the contractual terms (SLA, penali, withdrawal, termination, etc.) please refer to the Disciplinare di gara and to attachment 6;
