Open procedure fifor the following insurance service: All risks real estate policy (including the risks of fire and earthquake) and civil liability towards third parties for the building called Cittadella degli Studi di Fabriano (AN) located in via Rinalda Pavoni 12, 14, 16, 18, with Unicredit and Mediocredito (BAN60S) beneficiaries.

Competitors must, under penalty of exclusion, produce the guaranteesoria foreseen by the art. 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, in the form of a surety or surety.

The amount of this guarantee, to be included in envelope A) containing the administrative documentation, must be 2% (two percent) of the total amount of the contract. The aforementioned guarantee is established alternatively:

- by payment in cash or by bank transfer to Provincia di Ancona, on the treasury account at UBI Banca, Ancona branch IBAN: IT04J0311102600000000004015 with the following reasoning:,

- from a provisional deposit (to be inserted in the envelope A - Documentation) equal to 2% (two percent) of the total amount of the contract (EUR 407 160.00) and thus EUR 8 143, 2.

This security is set up alternatively:

- from public debt securities guaranteedfrom the State to the course of the day of filing with a provincial treasury department or authorized companies, as a pledge in favor of the province of Ancona,

- bank guarantee or insurance or guarantee issued by banking or insurance companies that respond the solvency requirements established by the laws governing their respective activities or releasesta financial intermediaries registered in the register referred to in Article 106 of Legislative Decree 1.9.1993, n. 385, which carry out exclusively or prevalently the activities of issuing guarantees and which are audited by an auditing company registered in the register provided for by article 161 of the legislative decree 24.2.1998, n. 58 and that they have the minimum requirements of soliability required by current insurance banking legislation.
