During the contract period 15.02.-31.12.2020 is the complete new equipment (heat cost allocator, water / Waermezaehler, radio data collectionhe) in about 6 500 apartments as well as calibration and Regeleltaeusche (heat cost allocators, water / Waermezaehler) in about 7 800 apartments. For the following year 2021, the new equipment in approx. 5 400 flats and calibration and regulation shower are planned in approx. 8 900 flats.

The measuring devices are provided by degewo netzWerk. The framework contract includes only the assembly / replacement costsfor radio-controlled measuring devices and data acquisition by metrology.

The following information must be provided in the tender sheet including annexes:

1) self-declaration on the proper fulfillment of the obligation to pay taxes and levies (Bieterbogen - Appendix 1);

2) self-declaration about the proper registration and fulfillment of the obligation to pay(3) self-declaration on the proper registration and fulfillment of the obligation to pay the statutory contributions to the BG (Bieterbogen - Appendix 3) Declarations of self-declaration of no objection submitted by the competent authorities and is contained in these ka period of validity specified, the certificates on the day of the closing date for the receipt of the offers must not be older than one year.

Note: Submitted own declarations to No. 1 (taxes and dues) and No. 3 (professional association) are by the bidder, on whose offer is to be awarded the contract, shortly after award of the contract by the contracting authorityon the basis of appropriate certificates from the competent authorities or a copy of the valid ULV or PQ registration.

Foreign bidders must provide equivalent certificates from their country of origin and attach a certificate from the responsible insurance provider as Appendix 10 to the bidding form, in German language before, beforeAward of contract by the tenderer / members of the group to which the contract is to be awarded, to request the submission of a bank statement and to verify on this basis the suitability forecast. In the case of a negative fitness prognosis, the bidder can not be awarded the tenderer`s / consortium`s bid.

2) Questions about this call for tender can only be submitted via the tendering platform. They will only be answered if they are received there by 01.11.2019.

The answers are available to all interested companies in anonymized form at www.meinauftrag.rib.de (search term: reference numbergem. Point II.1.1). Interested companies are responsible for updating themselves.

3) All the required information to prove suitability must be provided in the tender form and its annexes provided by the contracting authority. It must be completed by the tenderer and signed with the tenderer. The form for the Bieterbogen incl. Appendices lies the Ver

4) Tenders and their annexes must be prepared and submitted in German.

5) Multiple tenders may lead to exclusion, even if the respective subcontractors are considered to be in a competitive disadvantage.

6) In the case of tenders submitted by a consortium, the statement in accordance with Art, Annex 7 to the tenderer`s note (consortium statement)to be completed on a continuous basis and signed by all members of the Group.

7) Requests submitted must also be submitted by all members of a grouping. This also applies to subcontractors if the tenderer uses proof of suitability of the subcontractor. Insofar as the bidder uses the subcontractor to prove his / her suitability, Angebot to submit a subcontractor`s statement that he will make his resources available to the tenderer in case of an order. The subcontractor requirements apply equally to affiliated companies.

8) The contracting authority reserves the right to request proof and explanations.

9) The contracting authority is responsible for the tenderer (s) of the grouping on whichOffer of the contract is to be granted, before the contract is awarded an excerpt from the commercial central register acc. - 150a GewO at the Federal Office of Justice request and verify on this basis, the suitability forecast.
