Praequalified companies show proof of suitability for the service to be provided by the entry in the list of the association for the pre-qualification of construction companies e. V. (Praequalifikationsverzeichnis) and if necessary supplemented by required order-specific individual certificates. On offerthe respective number under which the company is listed in the Praequalifikationsverzeichnis must be indicated. In the case of other companies (subcontracting, suitability lending), it must be proven on separate request that these other companies are prequalified or meet the prerequisites for prequalification, if necessary supplemented by the required order specific itemswise.

Non-qualified companies have provisional proof of suitability for the service to be provided with the offer

- either the completed "self-declaration of suitability"

- or a single European self-declaration (EEE).

If necessary, supplemented by required order-specific individual certificates When other companies (subcontractors, aptgsleihe) are to make the own declarations on separate request also for these other enterprises. If the other companies are prequalified, it is sufficient to indicate the number under which these other companies are listed in the prequalification list. If the offer is shortlisted, the self-declarations (including those of the other companies) are on separate requestby submitting the documents of the competent authorities named in the form "Self-explanatory notes on suitability" or in the EEE.

Gelangt the offer in the narrowere election, pre-qualified and non-qualified companies must submit proof of payment of contributions to the statutory social security scheme. In the case of other companies (subcontracting, suitability lending) proof of payment of contributions to the statutory social security is also to be provided for these other companies.
