There should be a service contract for IT support services, IT project management, and dismantling and setting up workplace systems, as well as the support.

A contract for IT support services, IT project management, as well as the construction and dismantling and commissioning of workstation systems and support for software and portals of KBB are to be put out to tender.

The services are designed to ensure the permanent availability of a functioning IT infrastructure for everyoneEnsure users and provide help and advice for all IT problems.

One focus of the contract is on the particularly tight deadline work for the Berlin International Film Festival (IFB). For the IFB, constant on-call service and short response times are imperative. The proper running of all IT processes is specialin connection with the implementation of the Berlin International Film Festival.

The defined work packages are to be carried out independently. The contractor is responsible for the measurement of the required human resources after determining the required scope of services with the IFB management and KBB-IT.

Work package 1: IT project management

- The IT project managementg controls the timing of festival operations and ensures the timely provision of all IT infrastructures and technical IT resources at the Berlinale;

- IT project management also includes planning and requesting the required IT resources, which are required for the remaining work packages ;

- the IT project management advises the IFB management in all aspectss this service description.

Work package 2: IT support and maintenance

- Maintenance and servicing of workstation systems in the agreed standby and reaction times, taking into account the specified exchange times;

- Timely assembly and dismantling, as well as moving and setting up workstation systems;

- Ensuring qualified user support for software packages and portale the KBB;

- Support in the establishment of private BYO devices.

Work package 3: ID printing

Within the scope of this work package, ID printing jobs are to be set up and maintained for the IFB and, if necessary, to be moved.

Work package 4: European Film Market exhibition stands

As part of the EFM trade fair stand work package, the IT supply and support for the trade fair stand, business offices of theEFM, as well as visitors.

Requirement position work package 5: Admission control systems EFM screenings

As part of the work package, the provision and operation of barcode scanners for performing admission controls and the provision of the necessary IT environment must be ensured.

Work package 6: WLAN for mobile ticketing

As part of the work package, the WLAN connection fTo set up access control for various IFB play areas and to ensure reception.

Work package 7: journalist`s desk

Within the scope of the journalist`s work package, 60 workstation systems for journalists have to be planned, set up, supervised and dismantled.

2. Confirmation that, in the event of a knockdown, the bidder`s business liability insurance with the following minimum insured amounts per claim is or will be taken out:

- Personal injury up to: EUR 3, 000, 000.00;

- Property damage up to: EUR 3, 000, 000.00;

- Fortuneeden: EUR 100, 000.00.
