SenBildJugFam has to initiate and control the use of IT specialist procedures in the 12 district youth welfare offices and the ministerial part of the Senate administration. The specialist domains include day care for children, youth welfare, schools and unaccompanied underage foreigners.

The advertised service includes the following tasks:
- Carrying out the analytical and constructive quality assurance: Supporting the Senate administration in adapting the ISBJ software solutions to the technical and organizational and legal requirements of the state by participating in concepts and evaluating them including recommendations (constructive QA), as well as their implementation in the implementation by operating and software service providers (analytical QA);
- Advice on the implementation of the ICT control requirements of the State of Berlin in quality assurance, in particular as part of the further development of the ISBJ specialist process landscape;
- Accompanying process introductions: Ensuring the integration of the new specialist process inthe existing SOA-compliant architecture of ISBJ;
- concepts / recommendations for the ongoing development of the security architecture;
- conception and support of system tests (including penetration tests) when changing the platform and using new modules in order to ensure the safe, high-performance operation of the platform in the ITDZ to enable;
- Services for analysis and evaluation of the software code von Procedures and new modules to ensure the uniformity of the program processes;
- Preparation and implementation of tests for ergonomics according to DIN or accessibility implementation in accordance with BITV in the currently valid version to achieve extensive uniformity of the user interfaces and user guidance;
- Advice on questions of performance optimization ;
- support atthe development and ongoing maintenance of concepts (e.g. security concepts; IT infrastructure concepts, data protection concepts);
